The aforementioned personal data is used in order to;

• Carrying out visitor relationship management processes,

• In order to carry out the activities we conducted in accordance with the legislation, to fulfil our obligation to keep traffic records as clearly stipulated in Law No. 5651 on Regulating Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and within the relevant legislation,

• Providing more effective, faster and easier usage of the Website,

• Carrying out the necessary transactions for you to benefit from our services and activities,

• To take all the necessary administrative and technical measures within the scope of data security,

• Obtaining necessary information and conducting administrative operations in accordance with the demands and inspections of regulatory and supervisory institutions and authorities,

• Fulfilling our legal obligations such as processing online visitors’ personal data in accordance with the law

• Communicating with you,

• Carrying out storage and archive activities,

are processed with these aims and collected by Expatopen, based on the following legal reasons stated in Article 5 of The Law; the performance of the contract, personal data processing being mandatory to fulfil Expatopen’s legal obligations; being necessary for the legitimate interests of Expatopen, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not breached.

Recipients of Your Personal Data and Grounds for Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the 8th and 9th articles of the KVKK:
a) In order to fulfill our legal obligations; to regulatory and supervisory authorities and relevant official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data, provided that it is in accordance with the law and procedure
b) The authorized counsel or representative within the scope of your requests in order to fulfil your requests you have sent to your counsels and representatives;
c) Lawyers, auditors, tax consultants and to the companies which we receive consultancy services from; in order to conduct our business processes in accordance with the law and our other legitimate interests, in order to exercise our right to defend in a possible judicial process,
d) To our business partners; in order for us to fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts concluded with you, to ensure more effective, fast and easy use of the Website or in order to carry out inspection activities,
e) Archive companies that provide services to ensure that the company data is properly stored and that they can be stored during their retention periods,
f) Companies engaged in providing communication services in order to send commercial electronic messages,

Your Rights Related to Your Personal Data 
You, in connection with yourself, has the right to;
a) Learn whether your personal data have been processed;
b) Request information as to processing if your data have been processed;
c) Learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;
d) Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
e) Request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately;
f) Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under Article 7 of KVKK;
g) Request notification of the operations made as per indents (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred;
h) Object to occurrence of any result that is to your detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems;
i) Request compensation for the damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data

You may deliver a message setting out your requests within the scope of your rights as a data subject in a personal capacity, through a notary, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature or using your email address or if you have a registered e-mail address that you have previously stated or registered in our system. Your requests will be handled free of charge within thirty days at the latest after being delivered to us through the stated routes.

As stated in the "Announcement Regarding the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Supervisor" published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10 March 2018 by the Personal Data Protection Authority, the requests which you set out in your application will be responded to free of charge. However, if the response to your application is given in writing and if the response is longer than ten pages, a fee of 1 TL for per page after the first ten pages may be requested, also a fee not exceeding the cost of the recording medium may be requested if the answer is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory. If your application is a result of a error in our part the fee will be refunded to you in due course.

Your application will be responded to in accordance with the relevant provisions stipulated in The Law, and Expatopen may request some confirmatory information from you to confirm the identity of the applicant. This information will only be requested to identify the real data subject and to share the results of the application with the right person.
